I'm Joseph D. (Nick) Barone, the owner/founder of "Barone's Pizza & Arcade" .  Five years ago we started planning our expansion to a stand-alone location and out of a strip mall with endless rent.   We cannot expand where we are, but by moving and enlarging from 4300sq ft to 10,000 sq ft we accomplish alot more.   We've been at our current strip mall location in Gadsden, AL for 15 years.   It has not party rooms, a tiny arcade room and seating for only 140 max.   New location has 3 party rooms, an arcade 6 times the size with modern card and redemption set-up; seating capacity will be 315!  We modestly estimate a 30% increase in food sales at new location, and 600% increase in game room revenue.    We are a long way down the road already.   In February we were appraised at $1.6M at 60% complete point; $3.1+ totally completed.   What we need to complete is $1.4M and would be open in 30-45 days from funding.  

Specifically:   I need 1.4M to complete and open.  I can afford up to $33K a month to pay it back, so my terms cannot be shorter than 5yrs.   Longer is better so that cash flow is better.   It is of significant importance that we move forward ASAP.    I look forward to hearing from you.   If you do not feel this is a good fit for you,  I'd appreciate any direction you can provide to someone who can help out.
