We specialize in enhancing a vehicle's trim, chrome, and headlights just to name a few. Our services enhance the look of a vehicle so that our customers can appreciate and add value to their vehicle again. Our services are offered to dealers and the general public. 
Auto Aesthetic Gurus is currently mobile, servicing Augusta, GA and surrounding areas. We hope to expand into other counties and open a local brick and mortar storefront. We advertise through our website, Instagram, and by presenting to dealers by demonstration. 
The services offered are exterior trim enhancer, chrome enhancer, floor mat enhancer, steering wheel and pedal enhancer, headlight restoration, odor elimination, paint touch up, and scratch/swirl removal. Dealerships are charged a flat rate per vehicle and the general public is charged by quote. 
Our services are different from auto detailing companies because we use permanent solutions that keep our customers' vehicles looking like new again for up to two years. There are no other companies in or around our area that offer similar services. As we’ve explored our area and demonstrated our expertise, we have “wowed” our customers, and have gained more than twenty dealerships to do business with.

The idea to open an auto enhancement company was initiated by noticing many vehicles on a daily basis in need of minor cosmetic renewal. After over a year of extensive research, gaining experience and knowledge on how to restore these vehicles, Auto Aesthetic Gurus was born.

Auto Aesthetic Gurus, LLC is owned and operated by Jessica Mincey in the Augusta, GA area. We offer cosmetically enhanced services performed on automobiles for automotive dealerships and the general public. Our services are offered to dealerships at a flat rate for interior and exterior work per vehicle. Our services are offered to the general public per estimate. 
Auto Aesthetic Gurus specializes in the enhancement of automotive trim components, including chrome, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic trim pieces. Our services encompass the renewal, repair, and refinishing of various trim elements, such as bumpers, moldings, grilles, and more. We also restore headlights, offer paint touch up and paint swirl removal. In the interior we offer restorative services to the steering wheel, pedals and all weather floor mats. 
Market Research
As of now, there is no “like” competition in the area or surrounding areas. Detailing companies offer services such as Armor All, but after several uses, this product creates extreme wear and drying out of surfaces on trim which is where Auto Aesthetic Gurus steps in.  
According to the Kia Telluride Forum, numerous customers are concerned about their vehicle trim fading and peeling after ownership of less than one year. The Automotive Super Sports Forum also has many unhappy customers complaining of their fading trim after very short ownership on numerous makes and models. It appears that the vehicle owners don’t want to restore the trim themselves, but want lasting solutions for the longevity of their vehicle's exterior. There are many online forums about vehicle owners being very upset about their fading vehicle trim and wondering what the solutions are to prolong the life of their trim. 
Marketing and Sales Strategy
As of today, we are mobile, targeting dealerships. In the very near future, we plan to open a store front location to gain access on a wider scale to the public. We charge dealerships $75 per exterior enhancement, and $25 for interior. On a typical day, we enhance 20+ vehicles for a daily revenue of approximately $1,500. 
We have a dealer packet made up of our sales presentation, our insurance and W-9. Once dealerships process our information, we go to the dealership once per week to enhance the latest, available inventory. Each dealership has an average of seven vehicles per week for us to enhance. With an expectation of $20,000 per month in revenue, we would need accounts with forty dealerships. 
We advertise using Instagram and our website for the general public. We also handout flyers and have our flyers located at local repair shops and waiting areas in general locations. We plan to use Google and Yelp to advertise to the general public once our store front is open. 
We use Square as our POS system. Customers can pay by check, cash, credit/debit card, and Afterpay. Our website has links to our before and after pictures, social media, services offered, and appointment setting. 
Organization and Management
I currently have one individual running the current route. As we progress, I will hire a second person to assist. Each team will complete ten to twenty dealerships in one day. As we expand into other locations, we will have a team of two for those locations as well. 
I will issue invoices, handle marketing, customer service, payroll, accounting, etc. As we grow, I will hire an assistant to manage the online services while I conduct further research, training, follow up, and grow the business further. Our receipts offer a review link so that I can gauge our strengths and weaknesses to better serve our clients. 
Financial Projections
Our start up cost is minimum. On a daily basis, our inventory and supply cost is approximately $30. Our gas cost is approximately $50. Payroll is $200 per day as it stands and an additional $100 per day once our Auto Guru Assistant is employed. Our total daily cost is estimated to be $380, and minimum revenue >$1,000 per day. Once we expand to other cities, this amount will double.                   
Funding Request
Auto Aesthetic Gurus is up and running. Our start up is minimal; however, most of our revenue comes from invoices set up on net 30 accounts. We are seeking $20,000 in operating funds until our income becomes steady and regular. With the help of potential grants, loans, and/or investors, our hope is to obtain the funds we require to sustain operations. We predict a steady flow of income within four months of operations.

  • Not being able to properly market our company is a risk to success. A storefront location and general public awareness of our company is essential.  
  • The industry is not recession proof, so saving for potential economic hardship is mandatory. 
  • Once auto detail companies are aware of our business, the likelihood of them mimicking our business is inevitable. Our customer service and follow up with our customers is paramount to our success.
  • We have all necessary insurance, an LLC established, and all state and local laws and regulations followed in order to stay compliant and legal. 
  • Our employees are compliant with general PPE requirements to avoid any unnecessary accidents and illnesses. 
  • Our dealership partners receive a copy of our W-9 and Insurance at the time they receive our presentation packet. 
Milestones and Timelines
At the moment we have over twenty dealerships processing our information before services. Within one month, we plan to expand to the next location and hire employees for that area. This will double our current projections. Within four months, we want to start searching for our storefront location. Within one year, we will potentially expand into another location given the economy and general review from the clients and locations we already service.
