ATC Ambulance Service

We are an Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulance service in Indiana, founded in 2014.   We are seeking a strategic financial investor who understands emergency services and the value it brings to the community.  We began as a non-emergency wheelchair service in 2014.  After 3 years of receiving  low Medicaid rate payments and running the vehicles and the management team ragged with very little financial reward; we transitioned out of that service into Non-Emergency Ambulance service in 2017.  We instantly doubled revenue in 2018 and every year there after.  At the beginning of 2021 we further expanded the service to ALS, meaning we are able to employ Paramedics.  This service level is the highest EMS certification available to a private ambulance service.   We are now looking to not only expand our service further in Indiana by leveraging 911 contacts, as well as partnering with the many local hospitals to handle their discharges and critical care patient transports daily.  We also plan to expand to other states with the same formula for growth.  With the right investor our revenue should continue to double yearly.  With the ever growing concern of a global pandemic and the availability of qualified and capable medical help, we have partnered with the Indiana State EMS Commission to support vaccination sites, where we not only helped the community, but where financially  compensated for our support.  We anticipate these types of collaborative efforts will be on-going as the world seeks to find a new normal in this new Covid world.  In summary:

1) The investment we seek will support the expansion  of a small business, that has grown double digits yearly.
2) Ambulance services generated $28.7 Billion in 2020 and is projected to reach  $55.5 Billion by 2028.  This Macro growth is indicative of how we have been growing yearly.
3) We have the blueprint for growth, but need an investor to help fuel this growth engine.
4) 40% of US citizens fall within the age group of  45 and older.  This is the age group of the majority of  the patients we serve, but reflects the opportunity of the larger market as we expand.
