Executive Summary – ASR Management Group

Our initial Phase1 “e-Commerce store” is an e-commerce home products store. Our initial goal is to create an e-commerce business with products and service that we are familiar with, helping to lower our risk position and ensure success. In so doing, we provide quality goods and service to a large number of  consumers interested with tech advanced home, fitness & health products.

As we’ve learned more about the Covid19 virus and consumers collective response, one thing became clear; … Home-based facilitating nation-wide has served as a helpful quarantine outlet in today's consumer paradigm shift. We saw a need to focus our energy on continuing to grow the home-products industry by introducing quality products and technology to a greater number of households through our e-commerce distribution. 

This business summary outlines the initial development for “Phase 1” of a 3-year strategy for the owners and investors of our varied “ASR Management Group” brands which create sustainable e-comm cashflow… For the “ASR Management Group” to reach its initial "Phase1" 12-month sales-goal of $350K for our e-commerce store and growth with additional health & fitness product lines, funds of $60,000 are needed for purchase and setup of e-commerce software to support accounting, marketing, and MRO costs. Investor base-loan debt is paid monthly with a 100% base-loan pay-out in the first 18 months of full operation. 

Our long-term 5-phase project goals build several income-streams over a planned 4-year growth cycle, allowing for ongoing review of short-term and long-term exit strategies for investors. 

Phase 1: Build a successful e-commerce store with home, fitness & nutrition e-commerce product lines.                                                                                                                                                                                 
Phase 2: Build a Florida-based “brick and mortar” fitness & nutrition exercise facility that also includes an indoor & outdoor golf driving range with PGA-level swing instructors, a pro-shop focused on providing quality brand-name golf equipment, personalized club-fitting, custom club-building, golf & fitness apparel and a nutrition supply center.       
Phase 3: Build a restaurant/brewery on the campus.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Phase 4: Build a 4-hole practice-course on the campus.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Phase 5: Duplicate and expand to the Las Vegas area while also expanding the restaurant and brewery operations individually in several regional target markets. 

 

Executive Management Profiles

Richard Roschke - President: Over 30-years in restaurant management specifically targeting multi-unit startup operations. Experienced unit-level and executive-level management, including marketing, advertising, unit-construction and unit-operations. Expertise in employee-level and management-level training and development. Direct unit-level involvement in the opening of 25 restaurant startups which included restaurant/brewery startups.

Steven Roschke - VP: As  a professional golfer with over 14-years in the golf industry. Steven has equipment certification for golf-fitting from all the major golf manufacturing companies. Steven is rated as the top golf-fitter in the Southwest’s 5-state region working with PGA Superstores and Dick’s Sporting Goods/Golf Galaxy retail stores along with several local Colorado golf course facilities. Steven has a full-knowledge of golf-equipment technology, retail golf-operations, swing instruction, and golf-course management.
