Raising $100k For Social Sweepstakes Gaming Platform (With existing customers)

Summary
Area 51 is a Social Sweepstakes Gaming App that has been operating for just over 2 years and has previously generated over $1M in Gross Gaming Revenue. We are specifically targeting a niche market. We have the customers and the brand recognition within the niche. I can easily get things back to over the $1M in no time, but unfortunately, I made a mistake with payment processing that cost the brand's reputation to dwindle over time (which I'm more than willing to elaborate on - but to be brief, when you win a prize you want it immediately; I wasn't precisely able to fulfill this need because of payment processor closure).

The Market
The overall market size of Sweepstakes gaming in the United States is a lovely $3.1bn during 2019 - 2022. During 2024, according to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming marketing data, the total revenue jumped to a whopping $8 billion, and possibly $11 billion by the end of 2025... The trend is certainly there! So, it's obvious that the market has some big players already. Which may lead to the following question, "What's your plan?". I plan to attract customers using a specific niche market that is gaining traction, which is still unknown to the big players in the industry. The competition for this sub-sector is very low!

The Problem (why I'm seeking funding)
As previously mentioned, I made a bad decision to rely exclusively on cryptocurrency for payment processing. Most customers just don't want to use it as a payment method. They prefer something simple! I thought to myself that I could have easily solved this issue by educating my customers. But I was wrong! I spent almost 1 year trying to figure out ways to convert customers, but was unsuccessful. I've almost exhausted my reserves in the process while funding other projects. I was overconfident! A heroic mistake.

About the Niche Market
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there was a sudden bubble that bloomed to cater to the customers who enjoy these casino-style games. I guess you can call them "Street Casino Apps," which were just pretty straightforward slot-style games. So many operators in the industry began to use them under the Sweepstakes Gaming Laws in the country. The Results: The birth of a new and successful niche! These apps altogether generate an estimated $50M per month in Gross Gaming Revenue across the board (and this is a conservative figure since the actual number is quite unknown). My idea was to take these apps and to provide a centralized environment where the users the play Sweepstakes Gaming in a much more organized fashion.

What's the plan?
Continuing from the previous paragraph, now that I've acquired a legal opinion letter, I'm currently in the process of applying to 3 payment providers that will allow me to get my customers back and to become one of the very few operators that will bring these sweepstakes games out of the Crypto environment and into the light of a much more convenient and seamless environment. Many of my customers say they will certainly return once I get things in order. The $100k will fund the payment processing channel, marketing, sustain the outsourced programming team, and it will keep me from being homeless.

Who am I?
A systems engineer college dropout who has been servicing slot machines since the age of 17. I'm self-taught for the most part. Very well-versed in the industry with a deep understanding of the iGaming legal framework and how to effectively operate and manage everything involving a physical casino to iGaming.
