I want to start up an Egyptian cafe shop and hookah bar. it will serve Egyptian desert some light dishes for example of desert konafa ,Baklawa , and basbosa, rice podding, and mhalbeah also, it serve some Egyptian dishes as koshari, falafel, and balelet homos. it will be some Egyptian shows as bally dancer and galbeah party. I am going to sell some items too as hookah and Egyptian clothes.
The Market
My operation will cover Orlando and Kissimmee. Orlando is one of the most tourism destination and conventions. My main marketing will split between tourist and Orlando/Kissimmee residents. This kind of cafe shop will be the first Egyptian cafe shop in Orlando/Kissimmee
Progress/Proof
I start my business plan and look for the store I got some options for the location the first location it will be cross of universal the reason to chose this location is getting a lot of traffic of tourists; also, a lot of Hotels, complex, and homes around this location. The second location will be RD 535 the reason to chose this location it is close to Walt Disney World, a large Arab Community, and Vacation homes around this location
Objectives/Future
My cafe shop will provide a lot of fun time to my guests. my business will provide a great time for my guests. The guest will enjoy the food, shows, atmosphere, and the hookah. I see my business in 3-5 years growing and get more guests; also, I will open other cafe shops in other cities as Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville.
