I am a fine art appraiser and have a client who has a JMW Turner oil on canvas that needs authenticating before being put up for auction. Looking for an investor who could fund the authentication of the painting for a percentage of the sale. There are several partial fingerprints and I have researched this work for 6 years and am 100% sure it is an authentic Turner from about 1830-1840.
