Our goal is to enable these individuals to be able to move conveniently and safely from one place to another within our service area. Our target market includes the elderly, disabled, and persons with medical needs who require non-emergency transport services. We will also offer a special discounted rate to veterans.

Our services include transporting clients to and from medical appointments, social events, and other destinations that are vital to their independence and wellbeing. Our fleet includes specially equipped vehicles that cater to people with mobility issues, ensuring that we safely transport them to their destinations. Unlike other similar services appointment keepers Corp. is available to your clients 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year, ensuring our clients don’t miss a single moment with family and friends. Every van is operated by a team of two drivers who are both lift team and first aid certified. This allows the safe transport of any client. We will have vans that handle Ada crash certified chairs and non crash certified chairs, we will also have a van for customers who are bedridden and need transportation currently the only option is to hire an ambulance ($20,000.00) usually a $600.00 copay. I will be able to provide stable non-ambulatory clients another much more affordable option. I will also have a vehicle for persons who don’t require special modifications but for whatever reasons cannot drive for themselves an example is a woman I spoke to that has seizures and has classes at night and no way to get there currently. I have personally spoken with many people in my area who are very excited that they will finally have a service of this type specifically for them. 
Market Analysis
According to statistical data, many people with mobility challenges typically use traditional public transportation; however, this often proves inconvenient, and at times, the services can be lacking. We believe that there is a significant market opportunity for a transport company that caters to people with mobility issues within our service area. People who currently have to use an ambulance service will save hundreds of dollars. Our fleet of specially modified vehicles will generate 36 to 54 thousand a month per vehicle in revenue in insurance covered fairs alone. And with no other companies providing personal services of our nature, Our revenue will be much higher, easily offsetting any increase insurance cost that will be required.
Marketing Plan
To reach our target market, we intend to use a mix of traditional and digital marketing; this includes print adverts, radio adverts, and direct marketing. We’ll also leverage social media platforms to advertise our services, and we’ll partner with medical clinics and care homes to tap into their clientele base.
Management  
The management  team comprises experienced professionals in the transport and healthcare industry, with unique expertise in providing quality and efficient services to people with mobility challenges. Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients by returning to them, their ability to travel as needed.
Financial Projections
The start of cost will include purchasing and modifying the vehicles about 40,000 per vehicle with modification I believe six vehicles, is a good start to cover the majority of Stanislaus County. All vehicle modifications will be done by a company certified by the state to make such modifications, a leader in the industry with years of experience modifying vehicles for those with mobility challenges, we anticipate that our fleet will require a regular maintenance and repairs to keep the vehicles in good working Condition. We will need to lease an office with a gated enclosure to Park our vehicles when not in use or awaiting repairs. With six vans in operation are projected earnings are 8.4 million in revenue annually, again these numbers are generated using only insurance cover trips, so again our revenue will be considerably higher.

Proposal 
We are seeking to trade 15% or our company for 1 million dollars in capital to help jump start this venture. This would allow us to hit the ground running. Purchase and modify all 6 vans. ( plus two additional vans for alternates whenever a vehicle needs service or repairs) Purchase all permits, certificates and other requirements to ensure we are in compliance with all state and local regulations, acquire office space, and pay the initial hiring cost, cover marketing expenses, office supplies, purchase uniforms, and all other start up cost. With 6 vehicles fully operational. Investors can expect to see a healthy return by the second year of operation our  profit margin is more than $7 million annually after the first year.
