Anything's Pastable is a new mobile food unit coming to Northwest Arkansas. The
location will be near the downtown Bentonville square, next to the newly opening bar,
The Dive. The last several years have seen a large increase in the popularity of the mobile
food service industry. Anything's Pastable will capitalize on this by providing authentic,
quality chef designed pasta dishes and handhelds, along with some healthy menu items
and desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli's. They will employ a skilled staff and provide
excellent customer service. This will be the only mobile food unit in the city and
surrounding area to offer handmade pasta, which is a popular food in this area.
All age groups will be targeted. They will strive to be a well known, go-to, local food
vendor. As well as serving the many tourists and business travelers in the area. They
will be using unique food specials, social media, website, word of mouth and more for
promotion and will create beneficial relationships with the local businesses .
Owner and Executive chef Dustin Simmons graduated from the Brightwater Culinary
School. He has over 8 years in the food industry, working at some of the best restaurants in
the area, with 3 years directly in the food truck industry. This gives him the experience and
knowledge needed for this business venture. Owner and partner Robbie Hatfield
has served in the National Guard. Along with being an Environmental Director, honing
maintenance skills, coordinating schedules and repairs. He also has 3 years in the food
service industry including his most recent, running and operating food trucks.
