Anvil  Ammo and  Arms Proposal
 Phase  1
10 million investment
1 Equipment  for  ammunition  production, inspection,  packaging, rifle production and  shipping  for wholesale  and  retail  sales.
2 Our  own Branded  line  of  coffee.

Having  the  buying  power  in  this  industry  to  purchase  components  in  large quantities  is  the  difference  between  being  at  the  bottom  of  a  waiting  list  and  top priority.  My  initial  goal  is  to  produce  2  to  3  million  rounds  every  2  months  of  556 and  9mm.  All  stamped  with  our  logo.
I started  this  company last  year  just  before  all  the  lockdowns  began with the  intent on  providing  the  general  public  for  affordable,  quality  ammunition.  Components that  were  easily  found  last  year  soon  became  months to  years  backordered.  Last year  DHS  also  began  putting  a  lot  of  midsized  manufacturers  under  contract  for common calibers to the  tune of  1.8  billion  rounds.  This  was  one  of the  main reasons for  the  ammo  shortages.  Just  last  month the   Administration  decided  to  ban all ammunition  imported  from  Russia.  This  constitutes  25  to  40%  of  the  ammunition available  for  civilian  purchase.  Between  the  DHS  last  year  and  the  ban  this  year  the public  doesn’t  have  a  lot  of  options  for  quality  affordable  ammunition. At 5 to 10 cents per round profit, the more rounds we make the more we make. Timing is right.
Coffee  had  been  done  in  the  firearms  area  very  successfully.  By a coffee company that decided to attach themselves to the 2A community through smart marketing. They  built  a  5 million  dollar  facility  in  Tennesse  just  to  roast  their  coffee.  We are a 2A company.  What  makes  our  coffee  unique and better  is  our  roasting  method,  Infared Roasting.  Only  2  percent  of  the  world's  coffee  is  IR  roasted.  It's  not  a  new  method. Just  a  very  expensive  one  to  set  up.  IR  roasting  doesn’t  burn  the  coffee  bean.  That means  less  of  a  chance  for  bitter  batches.  Less  acidic  in  nature  to,  meaning  people that  love  coffee  but  get  heartburn  can  enjoy  coffee  again  without  the  fear  of heartburn.  A  much  fuller  flavor  since  the  beans  are  not  burnt  or  damaged  from the  roasting  process.  The  best  part of  our  coffee  line  is  that  a  lifelong  friend  of  mine is the  VP  for  the  largest  IR  roasting  facility  in  the  US.  He  has  already  agreed  to  roast and  package  our  coffee  for  us.  So,  no  startup  costs for a roasting facility for  us.  A  really  reasonable  price per  bag  as  well.  We  can  have  the  coffee  infused  with  different  flavors  to  add  to  the lineup.  Hazelnut,  mocha,  white  mocha,  cinnamon,  bold,  medium,  espresso.  In  bean and  already  ground.  Using  unique  names  for  our  coffee  that  go  with  our  industry. Both of  these  are  billion  dollar  industries.  I  know  we  can  get  a  large  part  of  these industries.  Combining  both  into  one  through  marketing  is  something  I  haven't  seen yet.  Yes,  people  have  done  one  or  the  other. I  am looking for an investment with the  right  person.  Unlike  other  investments  with  a  long  period of  time  for  ROI,  we  will  be  producing  ammo  at  the  rate  of  2  to  3  million  rounds every  2  months,  that  number  will  grow  with  each  cycle.  Component  supply  will  be the  only  deciding  factor  in  production  rate. As our reputation grows with  every cycle, so will the demand for our products.  We  can add  more machines  and  more  components.  Growing  each  cycle  and  growing  our  profits  as well.

Phase 2
15+ million investment
The first phase plus
A  range  with  coffee shop, BBQ smokehouse and  machine  shop.  I  believe there  is  something  missing  in  the  indoor  range  industry.  What's  missing  is  an experience.  Go  to  most  any  range,  they  are  plain.  They  just  serve  one  purpose,  to provide  a  place  for  people  to  shoot  safely  and  out  of  the  weather.  What  I  want  is to  provide  an  atmosphere  that  people  will  want  to  bring  their  friends  and  family  to . A place  to  hang  out.  A  place  to  shoot,  drink  coffee  and  in  the  process  get  trained  in firearm  safety  and  marksmanship  without  even  knowing  it.  A  10  to  15  lane  range with  one  lane  dedicated  for  a  minigun.  A  minigun  lane  would  provide  people  that have  the money the  chance  to  burn  up  1000  rounds  in  20  seconds.  Something  they would  never  be  able  to  do  otherwise.   Our  facility  would  have  a
retail  storefront,
coffee  shop,
 BBQ smokehouse,
machine  shop  that  produces  our  own branded  AR  platform  rifles and ammunition,  public  range bay,
private  VIP/tactical  wide  lane  range bay with vehicle access door,
Private VIP seating,
milo  training  system  so  law  enforcement  can  book  range  times for  shoot  don’t  shoot  training.
3 lane 100 yard indoor rifle range.
Yearly and limited lifetime memberships with perks.
All  these  things  are  geared  towards  increasing  sales of  our  ammo,  rifles  and  coffee. The  initial  phase  can  make  all of  this  happen  within  a  couple  years.  I  believe  the timing  is  perfect  right  now  due  to  all  that  is  going  on  in  the  world.  When  times  are bad and ammo is in short supply people buy ammo to store it. When times are good people  buy  ammo  to  shoot  it.  Ammo  and coffee  are  both  consumable  items  that people  will  buy  before  other  non essential  things.
I have people who are experts in each of these fields ready with a vested interest for this to happen. A master machinist, outside sales expert, A  Navy veteran with customer service and acquisition skills.

I'm wanting to build a world class destination range that will attract corporate security, law enforcement and others that want a great place to train. They will gave a chance to try our equipment and ammunition and become clients as well. We are located just 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City an 15 minutes from Branson, MO. The Midwest's entertainment center. People will come to train here and get a taste of the area as well.
I'm offering equity and profit sharing along with at cost ammo and our wares.
