I am excited to present a proposal for a kids life coaching program that will positively impact the lives of children in our community. Our goal is to empower children to develop important life skills and build confidence in themselves to achieve their full potential.
Overview:
Our program will be offered to children aged 6 to 16 and will consist of weekly coaching sessions. These sessions will be led by certified life coaches who specialize in working with children. Our program will focus on developing critical life skills such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional regulation.
Program Objectives:
- Help children develop a growth mindset and build resilience to cope with challenges and setbacks
- Teach children effective communication skills to express their thoughts and emotions
- Develop problem-solving skills to help children overcome obstacles and make sound decisions
- Encourage emotional regulation and positive self-talk to improve mental health and well-being
- Help children set achievable goals and take action to achieve them
Program Structure:
Our program will consist of 12 weekly sessions, with each session lasting 1 hour. Sessions will be held in small groups of 6 to 8 children to allow for personalized attention and interaction. We will also provide individual coaching sessions for children who need additional support.
Funding Requirements:
To successfully launch our program, we are seeking funding of $100,000. These funds will cover the costs of hiring certified life coaches, program materials, marketing and promotional activities, and administrative expenses.
Expected Outcomes:
We believe that our kids life coaching program will have a positive impact on the lives of the children who participate. We anticipate that our program will help children develop critical life skills, build confidence and self-esteem, and improve mental health and well-being. We will measure the success of our program through feedback from participants and their families, as well as through pre- and post-program assessments.
