American Strong Eco/Pro Blasting

American Strong ECO/PRO Blasting, LLC, is a Veteran Owned, mobile Blasting service business that offers a safer, environmentally friendly alternative to Sand Blasting.  Blasting is a multi billion dollar business with a wide variety of use (Auto Restoration, Pools, Sea Vessels, Buildings, ect...) and customer services (Civilian and Government).
-Automotive: Remove paint, primer, rust, and body filler in just one step.  No warping when wet blasting, water reduces friction and heat, which are normally responsible for warping.  It would also leave the surface primer-ready. 
-Marine:  Help reveal blister damage.  Gelcoats can develop blisters that will need to be repaired. Dustless Blasting* can remove thick marine coatings to easily expose the blisters.  Dustless Blasting* is an OSHA-recommended alternative to dry blasting producing substantially lower dust emissions and lessening the amount of containment required.  Easily remove rust, blistering, and tough old marine coatings with abrasive encapsulated in water so particulates are not embedded in the substrate. This means there is a properly cleaned surface that will not affect the integrity of a fresh coating.  We would use Visqueen plastic, tarps, or vacuum systems to help contain dust and debris.
-Concrete:  It's an effective and safe way to restore concrete or masonry surfaces to their original state. Proper prep work is essential to a successful recoating application. Our innovative system makes it easy to remove paint, sealers, epoxy coatings and more.  Residential, Commercial, Municipalities and Schools all have maintenance needs that require this service. Quickly remove existing finishes like failing paint and old sealers so that surfaces are properly prepared for repainting or refinishing.  It's the most effective way to remove paint, oil stains, sealer, grime, graffiti, line stripes, calcium, mildew and more.  ECO-FRIENDLY!  Our safe process uses a pressurized stream of water that encapsulates eco-friendly abrasive media to clear away dirt, debris, or other contaminants.
-Wood:  Strip off old coatings of paint without damaging the substrate, restore wood covered with stubborn smoke soot, and even etch custom designs. Works inside and to help remove soot and fire damage from rafters or fireplaces.  We could eve use stencils to offer one-of-a-kind custom designs etched in wood.
-Fleet Vehicles:  The equipment is versatile enough to remove the toughest coatings from heavy machinery, while also removing paint and graphics from delicate aluminum body panels without warping.  We can get to the places that hand sanders and grinders can't reach. Remove imperfections, failed paint, and coatings so the vehicle has a fresh primer-ready surface.  It is actually more cost effective to restore customers equipment with our machines as opposed to replacing.

-Graffiti Removal:  Easily remove graffiti without being harmful to the surface or the environment. Our equipment allows for various blasting techniques and the use of a wide variety of abrasives, all without producing a plum of dust.  We can adjust blast pressure to suit a variety of difficult surfaces including porous concrete, historic brick, and marble.  With water the dust plume is greatly suppressed, so we can work safely in urban environments.  We use ♻️40/70 recycled glass media, which is environmentally inert and will not harm vegetation.
-Powder Coating:  Dustless Blasting* is among the easiest and most efficient removal methods for powder coating, while also being environmentally friendly.  No dangerous chemicals, gets through to hard to reach areas, and allows for ultimate blast site versatility.  It's also a safer option because we don't need do deal with hazardous and caustic chemical strippers.
