We have a firm take-out commitment from our lender in New York who is currently committed to fund $2.5 Million loan provided we clear title immediately.
 
Our lender believes the three parcels are now worth $30 Million or $10 Million a lot.
 
This $2.5 funding will pay off within 60 days your advances up to $500,000 requested through the filing a prepackage Bankruptcy to clear title.
This is through a superpriority loan which will include your pay off amount.
 
This Case has lingered in the State Courts for many years because of Covid and now there are still 400 cases ahead of ALC.
 
The solution according to our lawyers is to do a prepackaged Chapter 11 filing to clear title on this property will pay you off within a maximum of 60 days of filing from our Superpriority funding in the Bankruptcy Court.
