I am opening a Residential Assisted Living Home. I will provide health related benefits for senior care right in the comfort of their home.
I want to start a Residential Assisted Living Home in a rural area for seniors. As we become older, it is likely that we will become more dependent and need of care, so sometimes that means it will cause the seniors to move out of their comfort zone(own home) and be placed in a facility, which is NOT what most seniors like to do. That is why I want to create a home-like environment for seniors to still feel at home.
Location will be in Mequon, WI. Median salary is about $128,000 per household and median age range is 47 years which will be our target customers. I also plan to retain private contractors to make the assisted living entertaining. It will include examples of candle making, playing an instrument, knitting, crotchet, fitness activities, or any arts and crafts.
I have studied so much of how to operate a Residential Assisted Living Home and ready to put in work. I am hoping to work with an angel investor to help make this become a reality.
