Alpha Corps Concrete & Construction, LLC started in November of 2018 with a small crew and over 30 years of concrete experience and no working capital. We specialize in Commercial, Agricultural and Residential concrete and construction. Including project management, grading and excavation, flat work, foundations, concrete driveways, retaining walls, parking lots, sidewalks and patios. We had contacts but no current work on the books. We could not afford any type of advertising so face to face marketing was how we started, and how we still do it today. Word spread throughout the construction community that our team was ready to serve and the referrals started coming in. It wasn't long before we had enough work to keep our crew busy and add another. We completed over $2M in work our first year. We have continued to grow year after year through word of mouth advertising, referrals and return customers.
This brings us to our funding request. As of this date in 2022 we have over $3M in sales and another $2M in contracted work and we are continuing to bid jobs daily. Funding would be used to provide working capital to purchase materials in bulk at a discounted rate and purchase equipment such as power trowels, cut off saws, soft cut saws etc. that we are currently renting. We would also like to upgrade company vehicles and complete the construction of our office since we are currently located in a rented space. One of our biggest hurdles is maintaining enough funds in our accounts to cover payroll, material purchases (concrete, rebar, sand, forms etc.) and equipment rentals on a daily and weekly basis. Having a partner by our side to supply the requested capital will help us continue to grow the company and our presence in the construction community.
