Current Business
1. Continue learning, expanding and scale our current Laser Engraving business.  Currently, we are a husband and wife owned company working out of our 3rd room and garage with my husband still having a full time job.  We would like to replace and exceed what our 2 income family was/is making with the ability to hire those who are looking for work that believe in our need to serve communities, people and those looking for our services.  We got into this business to break free of the corporate ladder and although we ended up with a machine to make many many things, what we want our business to promote is connection.  Connection with all of those around us and although we are starting small and with only the 2 of us, there really is no limit as to what we can provide with a simple laser engraving machine when it comes to making or creating a gift that actually means something to the recipient.  With that in mind, we want to hire people who are fit and will work within their zone of genius to make this expand and grow but not at the expense of losing the small, local business flavor.  Reminding all those that we work with and for that we are true Americans working for the people we serve in the best manner possible.  We had to start somewhere and regardless of how big we grow, we never forget our beginnings.  We would first like to start will paying back the business debts and starting on a clean debt free slate.  The business is in agreement to pay back us personally for purchasing the equipment and personal investment in the amount of 87,552.68.  I would like to see the hiring of 1 full time employee to run as an office manager here with around a 60-70k annual salary, taking care of all the day to day, invoicing, email requests, logging orders, social media etc. Then one part time graphic designer/corel draw/marketing expert to help with the designs that would be around 20-30k annual salary.  Jason and I can man the machine and shipping, all back end needs.  We currently have a business structure in place (C-corp and LLC), using the Profit First Cash Management system with our CPA and would continue to use that for all the businesses listed and have a website in the finishing stages and should be live by the end of January 2021.  Jason and I would take our salary from business profits as per the Profit First method.   The ability to have more working capital would be helpful in our situation right now with around 5-10k.    (total annual investment for business #1 for the year 2021 - $197,552).  I think the end goal for us here to is build a lucrative, well known business to sell in the end.  I personally want to be able to focus on the healing centers and the retreat long term. 
Next Venture
2. Open a healing center and build to a franchise using color/light/sound/frequency therapy with the Harmonic Egg.   Especially now, we need to take care of our human bodies.  We need to take care of our emotional, mental and spiritual states and this machine is how we can take care of all of that and more.  This business appeals and speaks to everyone on the planet since we are all human.  We all have emotional, mental and spiritual states that fluctuate and are sometimes out of whack.  Being able to offer this on a franchise level (if possible) gives us the ability to help naturally heal on a national, global scale.   I have yet to try this machine myself as the closest one right now is in Colorado but even without being in one myself, I know without a doubt that this is and can help so many people.  I believe in it.   The opening of one healing center right now, so that we are not missing out on the allure of being the first open in Utah is paramount.  (https://harmonicegg.com/buy-harmonic-egg/) The purchase price for 1 harmonic egg is 63,000.  I have a lot more information from the packet I requested.  Please ask and I'll forward whatever I can to answer questions.    Because my focus has been on business #1, I am still currently doing research on locations and other funding for this.  It would require lease expenses, or real estate purchasing.  Spanish Fork, where we live is a booming community right now and may be a perfect fit for the growth.  We would need a few part time employees to man this business as well.   Depending on the workload of office manager #1, we could potentially use them for this business as well.   I'm not one for do more with less, but also know the need for excellent strategy and time management.  Depending on how this person and I work together, we could dominate both businesses effectively.   Total investment for this business is unknown at this time but would start at 63,000.  We could potentially be the first to bring it to Utah!  It is also something that I want to incorporate in each of the retreats listed next. 
The Pièce de Résistance
3.  Open a Mom's exclusive retreat.  One in each time zone, at least.  This has personally been a 'pipe dream' of mine since I crumbled under the pressure about 2 years ago being a fulltime working mom/wife/sister/daughter/allthethings.  Not just wanting but needing the time out.  This retreat is full of healing "stations", if you will,  for all kinds of moms including the harmonic egg (listed above), gardening, yoga, libraries, coffee shops, cooking, swimming, sleeping, and beyond.   I want to give them a place where they can do what they want or need.  I week full of just reading in a library.  4 days to sit in the café and finish writing the book they've been working on for the past 4 years.  Gardening outside and using those fresh grown gardens in our restaurant that you can have room serviced or eat out at with some friends you've made.  Sit by the pool soaking in the vitamin D for 2 days before a full meditation retreat starts.  There are so many options for each person out there to enjoy and truly take the pause that we all need.  The passion I have behind this idea is something I cannot portray in words but would love to discuss with you so you can hear the conviction and see the vision.   I realize that Mom's are not the only ones that need a time out, but they are often the ones that will not do this for themselves.  They need a place to crave so they continue to take care of themselves and in return their families.  This idea is by far my biggest dream and would take the most funding, so I would love to jump it to number one if it was right, but am happy to have 2 successful businesses under my belt to help provide the funding for this main goal.
