AIVID Health

AIVID is a health data aggregator company that focuses on delivering better consumer insights to help providers and payors better understand population health and associated risk stratification. By partnering with healthcare delivery payors and providers, AIVID aims to enable a shift from the common fee-for-service model to a value-based care model, ultimately leading to better patient health outcomes.

We will leverage artificial intelligence and blockchain technology (where applicable) to provide healthcare data aggregation services that drive more effective data insights for personalized, transparent and efficient delivery of healthcare services, across data silos, in support of value-based care.

We seek to:
- Improve the customer experience with AI
- Improve the physician and patient relationship with new and existing technology
- Automated health data sharing across care setting
- Better population health insights and statistics
- FHIR-enabled platforms for better interoperability and increased data exchange efficiencies
- Better Healthcare Payor/Provider insights, means better management of risk stratification

Following is our phased approach to revenue and software development for additional future revenue.

Phase 1 = Client onboarding and revenue generation

Phase 1 - Leverage existing relationships and technology to generate revenue.

Phase 1 - Secure client base: Capital Clinic, People’s Community Clinic, El Paso Children’s Hospital and Community Care Clinic
We have clients identified and strong relationships with the decision makers that range from Chief Medical Officer, (Partner of local medical clinic), Head of Pharmacy of a children's hospital, Deputy CEO of regional Community Clinic, and board member of a regional clinic.

Phase 1 - Leverage existing technology through white label relationship to generate remote patient monitoring revenue within 30 - 90 days
We have strong relationships with strategic partners, where we will leverage (white label) their platform to generate revenue quickly based on the following remote patient monitoring CPT codes:  99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, G2012. We have a solid method to generate $211 per patient per month.

Phase 2 = AI Mobile app and blockchain development

Phase 2 - Advanced Technology Enablement

Phase 2 - Build and validate new marketable technology; Use cutting edge technology such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (machine learning) where applicable.
Collaboratively build new technology solutions to address specific constraints alongside medical clinic, children's hospital, and regional clinics

Develop Artificial Intelligent Mobile App to:

Develop Blockchain to:

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) – Accomplishments @BioMirror as CTO:

Collaboratively established an innovative $1million remote blood pressure monitoring program that met and exceeded HRSA federal grant requirements for the largest FQHC in Texas. Evaluated and negotiated device vendor contract to deliver project from concept through development and formal release to production. Developed provider workflow to execute project for the purpose of data curation which resulted in better population health insights and risk stratification statistics.

Collaboratively developed a $500k mobile health app with IBM Cloud; (Digital Health) mobile application in support of Community Healthcare Worker  (care giver) case management with integration to back- office CRM.

Managed technical design and development process governed by agile methodologies and user centered design approach.
