AcesSpace is a social card club located in Austin, TX, founded by a team of professional poker players with a passion for creating a close-knit community of quality players. The goal of the club is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and competitive environment for poker players of all skill levels.

(Brief) Business Model:
AcesSpace will operate as a members-only club, where players can sign up for a membership that grants them access to the club's facilities and services. The club will make money through membership fees, table rentals, and coaching services.

Products:
The main product of AcesSpace will be the poker games. The club will provide a variety of games, including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and other popular variants. In addition, the club will offer coaching services to help players improve their game, as well as streaming services to showcase the talent of the club's players and build a following.  The club will also provide food, merchandise, and digital poker material for purchase.  Additionally, the club will generate other means of revenue through ATMs, advertisements, and more.

Customers:
AcesSpace is targeting poker players in the Austin area who are looking for a quality poker experience in a safe and friendly environment. The club will appeal to players of all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the game to experienced players looking for a challenging game. AcesSpace will also attract players who are interested in coaching and streaming, as well as those who are looking for a community of like-minded poker players.

We have also made partnerships with European players who have impressive resumes.  Our European partners will send international players to our facility to play on stream and grow our digital presence, as well as send players for live events like tournaments to grow our local presence.

(Brief) Marketing Strategy:
Besides local marketing, AcesSpace will focus on building a strong online presence through social media and streaming - and our reach will spread across the entire US.  The club will also host events and tournaments to attract new players and build a following. In addition, the club will offer referral bonuses to members who bring in new players, helping to grow the community.  With our European influences in two of the strongest poker-playing countries (Austria and the Netherlands), we plan to market to a competitive group and host some of the best games in the US.
