AccessVet is an early-stage tech company that is helping solve the massive problem of too many pets and not enough vets. Our Conversational AI telehealth platform is reducing the time of a successful appointment and reducing the amount of time a vet needs to do their required documentation. Vets can treat more pets, in less time, helping the vets to make more money and reduce the wait time for appointments.

During Covid 19 an estimated 23 million new pets were purchased or adopted. The vast majority of these new pet parents are Millennials. This massive spike in added patients to an already over-burdened pet care system is causing long waits for pets to see their vets and in some cases, pets receiving no care at all. Finally, many of the Millennial pet owners want greater access to their vet and the convenience of not going to the vet.​We created the AccessVet telehealth platform to help solve this significant problem and also benefit from a mostly untapped market. Vets already have outdated software that adds extra layers of work, which means they treat fewer pets and make less money. On the AccessVet platform, a telehealth consult takes less than 1\3 of the time as an In-clinic visit. AccessVet also provides vets the flexibility to occasionally work from home, and monetize the huge number of requests they get from clients via email, text and phone calls. 

Documentation is another time-suck for vets and their teams. The AccessVet platform integrated Conversational AI to our software. The AI records the telehealth consult AND auto-populates the SOAP Notes (every consult is required to have SOAP Notes taken) so a vet can review the notes and if satisfied click one button to approve the notes and have the notes uploaded to their practice management software. Vets will save an additional five - ten minutes for each consult based on our AI.  

After two years of product development and testing we launched our sales\marketing efforts in March 2023. We are adding new customers to our platform and have tests in place with two of the largest veterinary consolidators (more than 2,200 clinics combined).  

We are looking to close our Seed Round of funding by raising an additional $200,000.
