I have been putting together a non emergency medical transport company who transports mainly dialysis patients to and from sessions. This is funded by medicare and medicaid and i will need progressive funding in the amount of 1,000,000.00 or less in progressive funding. The lesser of the vehicles will be 8 to to of  the Kia Sorrentos for the patients who are not wheelchair bound or those that are in a wheelchair but can physically  move into the Kia. The Kia's will be equipped with computers to track all movement and also claim to get 22 to 28 mpg.  Therte will also be 10 t0 18 vans that are equipped wit more than just a bare bones cheap as you can get  a wheelchair dependant patient in and out of his/her wheelchair. I am myself a dialysis patient and find it difficult climbing into a 2 or 3 step but have no problem in a car. I have located a place to house the company, an empty  airplane hanger/office in nearby Brooksville. The group that makes up the LLP will be myself, a 79 year who operated a successful contracting firm in the San Francisco bay area for 26 years. My equal 30% partner is a young energetic lady who now drives an NEMT van for All American NEMT out of Fresno California. The remaining four 10% partners are yet to be deterrmined. I have talked to several other investor who say that to entice investors to put up the funds to make this all work is an agreement to build an entity that would sell for 10 mill. which after 3 years  could do just that. I have spent the last six months doing my due diligence and developed a cash flow analysis
