Dear Investors,

I am the CEO of 6 ’N The Mornin’ Breakfast/Brunch in Kenwood and within a year, we have outgrown the current space and I will be receiving my lease to relocate into a larger space in Downtown, Cincinnati. I will also be starting a new concept in the same space as well. The funds requested will be utilized for the equipment purchases,  remodeling expenses and initial operating expenses needed to open up to the public later this year.

I am currently raising $225K, with $75K raised currently from local grants. My ask to wrap up and seal the deal is $150K. I have quotes from all contractors needed to get the task complete, as it will be a large focus on cosmetic work since the restaurant is a second generation, turn-key space.

In one calendar year, 6 ’N The Mornin’ has:

  • Generated $740K in gross sales in a small, 1200 square foot location- with no dine-in seating
  • Generated $100K in the first month of being open
  • Provided catering for large companies like Amazon and Apple on multiple occasions
  • In the process of expanding into a bigger and better market
  • Projected to gross a minimum of $3.6 million in sales within the first year
I’ve composed an excel spreadsheet with 3 year projections (based upon seasonality and trends of how my first year in business went, down to what I would presume the average ticket would look like in the new space), along with an overview on how the new concept downtown would run. I also have a pitch deck as well I’d like to present that speaks to the financials and why the entire concept will be successful and highly profitable. Please let me know if you need anything else to make the process as seamless as possible.

Pleasant Regards,
Trey Graham, CEO
