5th Dimension Haunt desires to lease a vacant warehouse space and operate a haunted house attraction for the 2023 season. The facility will be located in North Texas, South of the DFW metroplex. The haunt will offer an affordable, high-quality haunted house experience for the whole family.
The operation will generate immediate cash flow and an excellent return for investor. Revenues projected in this plane are based on 30,000 to 47,000 people attending during the peak season run. Peak season runs from the last week in September to the first week in November; about 6 weeks, opened 4-5 days per week. In addition to the peak season, 5th Dimension Haunt will be marketed to businesses for corporate events. Event space for private parties, meetings, etc. will be available for rental purposes to the community. This will bring in revenue during the non-peak time.

Event Description
The haunt offers a fun, scary, family entertainment atmosphere for all ages. It consists of a maze style haunted house. The average ticket prices will be $28.00 with a range of $28-$45 per ticket and will run 4-5 days a week during the peak season and 5-7 days during Halloween week.
The 5th Dimension Haunt features a Mad Scientist who builds a human transporter to jump from dimension to dimension. When his transporter shorts out and runs amuck, it ends up transporting guests from one dimension to another. As guests travel through the haunted house, they are moving through the dimensions. By using this concept or theme, it will allow the haunt to grow, change, and evolve over the years. The "5th Dimension Haunt" theme, allows for creativity and expansion year after year.

There are other haunts around TX that offer similar, but different types of attractions. Similar haunted attractions around Texas are privately owned and operated, however what is unique to 5th Dimension Haunt will be the immersive, all-sensory experience, attention to detail, and proprietary elements that can't be found elsewhere. Our pricing will be very competitive with others, but the quality of entertainment, technology, and detail-work will be superior to others.
Marketing
A website will be launched www.5dhaunt.com and we will have a large social media presence; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Advertising will also include, radio ads and TV spots to supplement. An online and in-person merchendise store will be open, prior to the grand-opening; "Coming Soon" merch will be available 6-8 weeks in advance .

He was an FX lead for 2 years for Knott’s Scary Farm and was the head of automation for 2 1/2 years at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas “Front Feature Show”.
Our Lead Carpenter and Build Technical Director Has built sets for TV, Film, and Broadway Shows for the past 20 years.
