This home is conservatively worth $350K plusand has no debt against it. This home has 1600 square feet, hardwood floors, 2 car attached garage, and park has tennis courts, large pool, clubhouse etc..I'm offering the death benefit of the entire home if I pass during a 5 year term, with a 5 year option to renew, for someone placing a lien on home, during this term. 150K would accrue interest at 3% deferred to end of term.
