EmenemLLC.com started in 2016 when flipping houses in Seattle Washington as a holding company.

Late 2019, 13 acres was purchased at Cowlitz County Washington Tax Auction. This undeveloped land was to be used as leverage to finance my recently launched Non-Profit called The David Organization (TDO).  This Non-Profit (with an outside of the box business model according to 3 different Real Estate Attorneys) was created to assist Homeowners heading towards Foreclosure. COVID-19 also arrived, causing the website to shut down, as well as lockdown and nothing happening in the industry... bad timing!

Now ready to develop this land and launch TDO as well as my new website OFFGRIDish.org.

Location Address:         180 Old Spreadbourgh Road, Kalama WA 98625.
                                   Size:         13 acres
          Purchase Price:          $43,000
Listing Agent:          Fran Brown - Vancouver Washington (no longer listed)
List Price was:           $250,000 (as is undeveloped)
Developed Price:           Lot 1 from $150,000 to $250,000 according to Realtor Fran Brown
                                                       Lot 2 from $150,000 to $225,000
                                                       Lot 3 from $125,000 to $200,000

          TOTALs $425,000 to $675,000

Use of the $150,000 investment I am looking for:  $50,000 to payoff $43,000 + interest, $100,000 for power, water and lot preparation for all 3 lots.
