PITCH: Our goal is to build a state-of-the-art ammunition manufacturing facility based in North Idaho.  Manufacturing focus will be on the top rifle and handgun calibers where the demand is the highest in the marketplace.  First, we will be focused on military calibers, then expand into other high-demand, high-profit calibers.  We will be able to produce Mil-Spec/NATO ammunition in addition to commercial loads.  Our goal is to build a company that can be sold for exit within 5 to 7 years for 100 to 300 million.  This will primarily be accomplished through government contracts with U.S. and NATO governments.  Mr. Wright already has over 30,000 government customers and buyers that he is bringing into Mil-Spec Weapons Corp. from his other company, Government Procurement Group, which also includes an aggressive government sales and business development program for market establishment. PROBLEM & OPPORTUNITY:
(1) Wars have caused a great demand for Mil-Spec Ammunition, and we are potentially on the brink of World War III, as the enemies of America are clearly preparing for it. (2) Nearly 60 million new guns were purchased between 2020 and 2022.  Gun sales are running at roughly twice the level of just 15 years ago with an estimated 15 to 20 million new gun owners since 2020.  All of this continues to expand the market while adding to the ammunition supply demand, and this is expected to continue growing for the next 20 years.

OUR SOLUTION:
Our manufacturing focus will be on the top rifle and handgun calibers where the demand is the highest in the marketplace.  For rifles and handguns, we will be focused on military calibers first, then expand out into other high-demand market calibers. We will be able to produce Mil-Spec/NATO ammunition in addition to commercial loads and sell it worldwide.  Our Stage Two production output goal is 600,000,000 rounds per year, by the end of year five.

Rifle Primary: 223Rem, 5.56x45 NATO, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7.62x39mm NATO
Rifle Secondary: .308 Winchester, 300 Blackout, 7.62 x 51mm NATO ++
Handgun Primary: 9mm, 45 ACP/Auto
Handgun Secondary: 40 S&W, 380 ACP, 357 Magnum ++

BUSINESS SALES MODEL:
We will be using (1) direct-to-the-public sales (2) retail sales (3) white-label wholesaling (4) dealer channel sales (5) government agency contracting with all levels of government/law enforcement - (DOD/Mil-Spec/NATO Nation Sales, etc.).

EXECUTION PLAN: Upon stage two funding we will secure industrial space, order the new manufacturing equipment, and set up our two current production loaders to begin immediate production. Plus, hire/train employees while completing other critical tasks.  The goal is to have everything in place and full production for the 1st work shift by the end of 2024.  2nd and 3rd work shifts to be added 2025. Most profit generated will be reinvested back into the company to add more production equipment and component supplies to dramatically increase our production output.  The goal is to rapidly build the company in the first 3 to 5 years to prepare for a faster exit.

Approximate use of funds based on $11,250,000 Investment Round
40% Equipment Purchase
30% Component Inventory
20% Staffing/Sales/Management.

10% Office/Legal/Other
Approximately 70% of the total investment is secured by equipment/component supplies.*
